Yamaha Piaggero NP-V80 – Demo

Hey everyone. Had a very busy couple of days getting todays video editied. Due to one of the PCs fucking up and not letting me use some programs anymore. Pain in the arse.

Anyway, it’s done. And this video has our first special guest. Her name is Bobo and she is a very talented pianist.

Shes playing some of her favourite music for the video and half way through you get me attempting to play to show off some of the 500 sounds the keyboard has.

I hope someone out there finds it useful.

A word from Adam

Hi there everyone, Adam from Everyday Reboot here. TJ has invited me to write a few words about The Banner Saga, but we’ll get onto that it a minute.

First of all, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has visited, viewed, commented, liked and subscribed to both the Short Lane Studio and Everyday Reboot YouTube channels and socials since their respective launches. We started from nothing, and though nothing has gone viral, we appreciate all support regardless of how big or small (that’s what she said).

TJ has been working extremely hard to film and edit all the Short Lane Studio content, and to be apart of that is not only an honour but a positive experience that I am enjoying immensely. Though we have planned to make content together for years, I didn’t think we’d end up making regular content like this with so many factors against us, including the flood to the studio last year, but we’re here now ready and raring to go.

Now I have gotten the mushy sentiments out of the way, it’s time to get back on track as I am here to talk a little bit about Everyday Reboot. This week I have been playing some games. I started with Mini Metro, I’ve also played a bit of Fortnite too. But this week has been special, because I have started my first play through series of a game that I have been waiting to play for such a long time, The Banner Saga.

The Banner Saga is a Norse inspired tactical role playing game. The story is interactive, meaning the players choices and decisions effect the overall story arc. The game is hand drawn, has a wonderfully orchestral score and though an independent title stands out from it’s competitors for being different in more ways than one.

As I type this I have recorded a few parts already and I must say that I am really enjoying it. So, if you are unaware of this game, if you want to try before you buy, you should watch the series to get a feel for it.
